Shopping With Us

You can order our products in one of three ways: online at our Etsy store, through our local vendors, or in bulk at a discount if you have a wholesale account. (We now work with Faire to manage our wholesale orders, so you'll want to shop with them if you're a reseller.)

For in-stock items we do our best to ship within two business days. Custom orders can take up to a week to ship and large wholesale orders may take up to 6 weeks to ship. Because of the recent changes in shipper availability and costs, we now only offer calculated shipping costs, although Faire offers our resellers a great startup package that includes free shipping for a year and orders over $35 at Etsy still ship at no cost to you. Please contact us before ordering if you have special shipping needs.

Due to the nature of our products and for our customers' safety, no returns or exchanges can be made. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right for you!

Product Care

LOTION   Because we actually add real, fresh, goat milk to our lotion, it typically has a shelf life of about one year. Look for the best-by date on the label to help you determine when to reorder.

SOAP   Cold-process soap has a curing stage of four weeks. The amount of use you get out of a bar of soap depends on how dirty you get and how many people are using the bar of soap. In our household with a large family, we go through about one bar of soap per week. Your results may vary. Store your unopened soap in a cool, dry, dark, and well-ventilated location. The fragrance will naturally fade within a year of non-use. Once you open your soap, keep it dry between uses to make it last (a soap dish that drains, for instance, or the rack in your shower, should be fine).

All other skincare products we make typically have a one-year shelf life if left unopened. We use best-by dates on each batch for your convenience.

About Our Ingredients

Goat milk is known for luxurious moisturizing properties that help soothe dry, cracking skin. Goat milk has a pH level that’s well-balanced for healthy human hair and skin. It has abundant amounts of alpha hydroxy acid, especially lactic acid which is one of the best AHAs for your skin. It also is packed full of vitamins A, B6, B12, C, E plus minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and selenium. Since goat milk penetrates the layer of dead cells and is easy absorbed by the skin, it delivers these key nutrients where it counts: to your living tissue.

Everything we sell is made in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest possible product. In addition to this, we do our best to use the highest quality ingredients with your health and safety in mind.

You might like to know that:

  • we avoid GMOs
  • we use fair-trade plant oils
  • we use sustainable-roundtable palm oil
  • the preservatives and fragrances we use are paraben and phthalate free
  • the essential oils we use are therapeutic grade
  • we try to use organic ingredients whenever possible
  • the fresh goat milk we use is locally-sourced

If you need to know if any of our products contain an ingredient that you are allergic to, please contact us about that specific ingredient. If you encounter an allergic reaction to any of our products, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

About Our Team

Hi! We're Michelle Bibby (Owner/Operator) and Emily Mazzone (Marketing) — good friends and co-conspirators at One Blessed Acre Farm for over 10 years. We raise our kids on the outskirts of small neighboring towns, have both homeschooled long-term and raised dairy goats, and are passionate about the health and well-being of our families and communities. We both garden, read books, love tea, and obsess over details. Emily is managing more of the marketing so Michelle can keep doing what she loves — making handcrafted goat milk skincare for the people she treasures (you!). Thanks for supporting our small business!
